At ForgeFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. 💪

📅 Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used yoga mats & accessories

  • Water bottles or hydration products

  • Intimate fitness apparel (e.g., sports bras, leggings) once worn

💲 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please start a return and place a new order for the replacement item.

⚠ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
